• 8+ years in operational/financial leadership (COO, Director of Ops, or true Integrator role)
• EOS mastery — You run L10s in your sleep and scorecards are your love language
• Financial discipline — Budgets, forecasts, and margin protection are second nature
• Team orchestration — Proven success managing hybrid/fractional teams
• Systems scaling — You’ve built the processes that took businesses to the next level

The Day-to-Day Reality

You’ll spend your time:

• Filtering the Visionary’s 100 ideas down to the 3 that actually matter
• Running weekly L10s and maintaining accountability systems
• Building scalable processes that outlive any individual
• Protecting resources with confident “no’s” backed by data
• Managing P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting
• Orchestrating a hybrid team of employees and contractors
• Being the steady presence when things get chaotic
